ISP Technician – 1st Shift (5x10s, Monday–Friday)

Pay: $25/hr

Schedule: 5x10s, Monday–Friday (1st Shift)

Location: New Albany, OH

Type: Full‑time, Contract (Long-term)

We are looking for an ISP Technician with at least 6 months of installation and termination experience . This role supports inside‑plant cabling projects, including installation, routing, termination, and testing of copper and fiber infrastructure.

• Install, route, and terminate copper and fiber cabling
• Perform rack and stack, cable dressing, labeling, and documentation
• Follow site safety standards and daily work plans
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks
• Support troubleshooting and basic network room build‑outs

• Minimum 6 months ISP installation and termination experience
• Ability to work 5x10s, Monday–Friday (1st shift)
• Strong understanding of cabling standards and best practices
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug test and BGC
• Comfortable working in active construction or data center environments

• $25/hr
• Overtime available based on project needs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
