Role Description The Associate Sales Rep is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, responsible for engaging prospective clients, presenting insurance solutions, and supporting them through enrollment and policy selection. This role includes managing company-provided leads, conducting needs-based consultations, and clearly explaining product features, benefits, and coverage options. The Associate Sales Rep will follow up with prospects, maintain accurate records of interactions, and build a sustainable book of business that generates residual income. Daily activities involve collaborating with colleagues in a fast-paced office environment, meeting performance goals, participating in ongoing training, and adhering to ethical sales practices that prioritize the customer’s best interest. Qualifications Strong sales and customer engagement skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with clear, empathetic, and professional verbal and written skills. Ability to organize work, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency with office software and CRM or lead management tools, and comfort working with data and documentation. High level of integrity and commitment to ethical, customer-centered sales practices. Motivated to achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets, with a strong desire for professional growth. Prior experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
