Delivery Drivers are sometimes expected to set up and remain at the delivery location while food is being served to provide a remarkable experience.Responsibilities:Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all timesExecute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgencyEnsure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on a deliveryMaintain operational excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous) at all timesMeet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shiftAdhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all timesOther duties as assignedRequirements:Must be 21+ years oldMust have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPSMust have a valid state-issued driver's license and insuranceMust have a clean driving record (No accidents at fault within 5 years, No tickets within 2 years) and be able to provide a copy of State/Federal driving recordAbility to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 20 - 40 lbs)Location: Kettering 480 E Stroop Rd, Kettering, OH 45429, USAPay: Starting at $16.00 / hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleEmployee discountPaid trainingMileage reimbursementTipsOtherJob Type: Part-timeSchedule:On callMonday to SaturdayHolidaysEducation: High school degreeWork location: On-site
