Swiss CNC Machinist Wyoming, MI | Up to $32/Hour Based On Experience A, B & C Shifts Available B & C Shifts: Additional 10% Shift Premium Full Benefits | 401(k) Match | Medical, Dental & Vision | PTO Weekend C Shift: work 36 hours and get paid for 40 About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a growing precision manufacturer that is hiring experienced Swiss CNC Machinists across multiple shifts. You’ll operate Citizen Swiss-style CNC machines producing tight-tolerance precision components. What You’ll Be Doing Operate Swiss-style CNC lathes , including Citizen equipment Run Mill/Turn and multi-axis CNC equipment Produce tight-tolerance precision parts Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments Identify tooling, quality, or machining issues Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures What They’re Looking For 2+ years of Swiss CNC machining experience required Hands-on experience operating Swiss-style CNC lathes Experience with Citizen Swiss machines strongly preferred Experience with Mill/Turn or multi-axis CNC equipment is a plus Ability to read blueprints and GD&T Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and precision measuring tools Experience producing tight-tolerance precision parts Strong attention to quality and detail Reliable work history and attendance Why You’ll Want This Role Up to $32/hour based on experience Additional 10% premium on B and C shifts A, B, and C shifts available Weekend C Shift: work 36 hours and get paid for 40 MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
