We tend to do our best work with those that feel the same way… Are you that somebody? Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture. NCIDQ Certification or Architecture Licensure preferred. Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Proficiency with AutoCAD is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of recent design office experience. Essential Skills And Responsibilities Ability to graphically communicate an idea quickly and effectively, backed by strong technical capabilities regarding building construction and technologies, millwork detailing and consultant coordination. Participation in the full design process from conceptual design through Construction Administration as a member of a project team. Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction. Experience with fast-paced, technical projects. Experience with technical projects. Strong organizational skills, self motivated. The base salary will be estimated to be between $72,000 - $86,000, contingent on relevant experience, plus variable bonus and benefits.
