Senior Business Development Executive - Digital Transformation Consulting

Malvern, PA (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Entech is seeking a growth-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to acquire new enterprise clients and expand strategic accounts through the sale of IT consulting and digital transformation solutions.

This is a true business development role for an experienced hunter who can identify opportunities, build executive relationships, shape solutions, and close complex consulting engagements. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of winning new logos, expanding enterprise accounts, and selling technology-enabled business transformation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory and account strategy focused on acquiring new Fortune 1000 clients.

• Build a qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, executive networking, referrals, industry relationships, and strategic partnerships.

• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts across business units, functions, and technology organizations.

• Engage C-level executives and senior business and technology leaders to uncover operational challenges, transformation priorities, and investment opportunities.

• Position Entech's digital transformation and IT consulting capabilities as solutions to measurable business problems.

• Partner with Entech's consulting, delivery, and practice leaders to develop tailored solutions, proposals, presentations, and statements of work.

• Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract close.

• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and account plans.

• Develop long-term client relationships that support repeat business, account growth, and strong client satisfaction.

• Provide market intelligence and help shape Entech's go-to-market strategy and consulting offerings.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of enterprise business development or consultative sales experience within IT consulting, professional services, or digital transformation.

• Demonstrated success acquiring new logos and expanding complex enterprise accounts.

• Experience selling solutions involving areas such as AI transformation, data and analytics, cloud modernization, application development, software engineering, automation, or technology operating-model transformation.

• Established ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior decision-makers.

• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, with the ability to connect technology solutions to business outcomes.

• Experience navigating complex Fortune 1000 organizations with multiple stakeholders, buying groups, and procurement processes.

• Ability to collaborate with consulting and delivery teams while maintaining clear ownership of the sales process.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, pipeline management, and forecasting skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the initiative and accountability to build a book of business.

• Bachelor's degree required.
