JobType: Projectbased Pay: $26.00-$30.00perhour Duration&Schedule: 2-yearprojectduration;5-6daysperweek,10hoursperday PerDiem: $95perdayworkedwith7-dayspaidiffullweeklyscheduleisworked.Mustlive65milesorgreaterfromthesite. Responsibilities Construct,repair,maintainandremovetemporarywoodenstructuressuchasramps,stairs,walkways,handrails,framesforrunningcordsoverhead,etc. Construct,install,andremovetemporarysafetybarricades,guardrails,andtemporaryenclosures. Construct,install,andremovetemporarysitesignage,safetynotices,anddirectionalindicatorsacrossthesitefootprint. Installandremovetemporaryplumbingsystemsforconstructionofficetrailers,includingsupplyandwastelines. Hookupwateranddrainagesystemsfortemporaryon-siterestroomsandsanitationstations. Maintainsiteutilitiesbyinspecting,troubleshooting,andrepairingtemporarywaterloopsandlines Followsafetyprotocolsdiligentlytomaintainasecureworkenvironmentforeveryoneonsite. Usebasiccarpentryandplumbingtoolsandequipmentundersupervision,ensuringproperuseandmaintenance. ProperlymaintainandwearPPE. Maintaincleanlinessoftheworkareatopromotesafetyandefficiencythroughouteachshift. Qualifications Mustbe18+yearsold. Read,write,andspeaktheEnglishlanguage. 2+yearsofroughcarpentryexperience 1+yearsofroughplumbingexperience Abilitytoperformphysicaltasksincludingliftingheavyobjectsupto80lbs,standingforextendedperiods,andworkingoutdoorsinvariousweatherconditions. Goodcommunicationskillsandabilitytofollowinstructionscarefully. Basicunderstandingofsafetyproceduresrelatedtoconstructionsites. Reliableattendanceandpunctualityareessentialforsuccessinthisrole. Personaltransportationtothejobsiteisrequired. Mustbeabletonavigateacomputerormobiledevicetocompleteonlinetrainingandonboarding. Youwillberesponsibleforsecuringyourownhousingwhileassignedtotheproject.Hubbardisasmallruraltown,somosthousingwillbefoundinlocalRVparksnearHubbard,hotelsinWaco,andapartmentsinHillsboroandMexia.
