Apply today!# **Job Details**This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.**Shift Details:** Night Shift | Sunday, 4:00 PM until finished; Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM until Finish**Pay Details:** *Pay starting at $23.51 with potential for up to $25.51 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses***Responsibilities:*** Supports resolution of moderately complex shipment, inventory, and reconciliation issues to maintain operational continuity.* Allocates shipment materials, handling resources, and required documentation to sustain routine and specialized product movement.* Controls inventory and order-processing records to maintain transaction accuracy, stock visibility, and fulfillment readiness.* Verifies that released orders progress through defined warehouse processes in line with routing and documentation requirements.* Plans workflow priorities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to meet throughput needs.* Schedules shipment coordination activities based on release status, pickup timing, and operating dependencies.* Summarizes operational status, traceability information, and exception updates to aid warehouse control and monitoring.**Education:*** High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.* Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.**Work Experience:*** 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.* Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.**Important Skills:*** Knowledge in pharmacy operations.* Knowledge in pharmacy systems.* Knowledge in pharmacy adjudication.* Knowledge in benefit usage balances, co-pays, days of supply, and health insurance calculations.* Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.* Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.* Ability to collaborate across business units.* Ability to manage relationships effectively.* Ability to organize work, maintain accuracy, and attend to detail.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.* Ability to analyze information and apply mathematical reasoning.* Ability to solve problems and resolve operational issues efficiently.* Ability to work independently and within a team environment.# ******What Cencora offers******We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
