You are applying to work with a franchisee of Scooters Coffee. If hired the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment including wage and benefit programs which can vary between franchisees.

Scooters Coffee in Evansville IN is looking for an Amazing District Manager to lead the store managers of our 3 locations (Evansville Mt. Vernon and Jasper) and help our teams be Amazing !

With over 900 locations nationwide Scooters Coffee is a fast-growing brand in the coffee industry. We strive on Amazing People Amazing Drinks Amazingly fast! We pride ourselves in creating a culture that is constantly adding value and developing the members of our teams. We are passionate about coffee and are looking for a proven multi-unit leader with an Amazing personality to grow with our company.

As our District Manager you will:

Oversee the store managers of all 3 locations and keep them on task motivated and accountable
Ensure every store and manager is prepped and ready for each promotional campaign and product launch
Create and manage performance bonus programs that reward and develop our store managers
Coach train and develop managers into Amazing leaders
Travel between locations regularly to support your teams and uphold brand standards
