This is an opportunity to partner with leaders across the organization and make a measurable impact on growth and operational success..Scheduling & Logistics:The role is hybrid.Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.Start time is between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., with end time between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., depending on start time.A one-hour lunch break is included.Work hours may increase during month-end close and high volume tasks such as budget work.Skills & Matching Criteria:General ledger detail knowledgeBudgeting experienceFinancial reporting experienceProficiency in Excel, including basic functions such as SUMIFS, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs Experience mentoring and reviewing staff workAbility to analyze information to reduce costs and enhance process improvementsJob Summary:Manages financial analysis and reporting.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms major role in financial analytics and/or financial statement preparation. Reviews technical areas.Reviews, analyzes and ensures the accuracy of the financial and statistical reports for presentation to management.Conducts special financial studies and projections and develops recommendations for financial decision making.Designs, develops and modifies financial models through use of appropriate databases; manages special projectsas assigned, including research, forecasting and exploring viable alternatives.Presents proactive ideas about creating operational efficiencies.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONBachelor’s degreeEXPERIENCESeven years’ experiencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
