Job Description Job Description Fireplace Installer – Luxury Residential Fireplaces Company: Florida Fireplace Systems Location: 6998 49th Street N, Pinellas Park, FL 33781 Starting Pay: $22/hr (with growth based on work ethic and performance) Schedule: Full-time, 8 AM – 4 PM (40 hours guaranteed; occasional longer days depending on job requirements) About Us Florida Fireplace Systems is a well‐established, family‐style company with 20 years of experience installing high‐end, luxury fireplaces throughout the region. Position Overview We are seeking a highly trainable Fireplace Installer with a construction background who is eager to learn specialized skills. This role involves fireplace installation, heavy lifting, rooftop work, and detailed craftsmanship. Because our installations take place in luxury homes, professional appearance and top‐tier attention to detail are essential. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, wants long‐term career stability, and values a strong team environment. Responsibilities Install luxury fireplaces and related components in residential homes Work safely on rooftops and inside client homes Use power tools efficiently and responsibly Learn or apply brickwork and basic masonry techniques Handle physical tasks including lifting and material handling Maintain a professional appearance and respectful conduct on job sites Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team Ensure precision, cleanliness, and high-quality craftsmanship in all work Qualifications Construction experience strongly preferred Willing and motivated to learn industry-specific skills Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to climb and work on roofs Comfortable using a variety of power tools Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Brickwork or masonry experience is a plus (but not required) Benefits 1 week paid time off after 1 year 401(k) plan Paid time off on all major holidays Guaranteed 40-hour work week Company-provided transportation from the shop to job sites (shop truck) All tools provided — no personal tools required Pay increases based on work ethic, performance, and skill development Supportive, close‐knit team environment Company Description Florida Fireplace Systems is a locally owned small business specializing in fireplace installation, service, and maintenance.
