Compensation-$47- $50 hourly. Benefits include 401(k) and Profit Sharing, up to 3 weeks PTO, Paid Holidays, and Uniform Stipend. Responsibilities: • Give guidance to patients about how to have good dental care at home after undergoing an operation or procedure • Explain good oral hygiene techniques to patients of all ages, such as thorough brushing and flossing twice daily • Identify dental issues such as periodontitis, gingivitis, or cavities so they can be treated as soon as possible • Conduct initial screenings for patients to understand their oral health history • Talk to patients and make sure they feel comfortable and taken care of before, during, and after the examination What You’ll Do: • Provide top-notch preventive and therapeutic care with a focus on patient comfort. • Educate patients on oral health in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. • Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care. • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to support optimal treatment outcomes. • Be a vital part of a team that values both clinical excellence and an outstanding patient experience. Qualifications: • Superb customer service and communication skills • 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist • Licensure: Must be a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in the State of Missouri. • Education: Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program. • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to patient care. • Experience: We welcome both experienced professionals and recent graduates eager to start their careers. Compensation: $47 - $50 hourly
