Your Role as Accounts Payable Clerk
As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will manage day-to-day invoice processing and financial record-keeping on a part-time basis of 20 hours per week, operating remotely from New York with a 1-month probation period.
Your First Months at i.c.stars
Take over invoice intake, verification, and payment processing workflows.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Partner with our finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements

Proven experience in accounts payable and financial record management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet applications.
Ability to manage time effectively within a part-time schedule.
