Monday and Thursday: 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - Noon to 8:00 p.m.

- Employee performs routine sanitation duties in a Food Service Area.
- Maintains equipment & supplies needed in service area; reports equipment failures to the designated supervisor.
- Set up & tear down as well as perform routine maintenance on dish machine. Assists in production, transporting, and serving of food, as necessary.
- Assists in arrangement of dining area/food service equipment.
Monday and Thursday: 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - Noon to 8:00 p.m.
