We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a 3-month temporary assignment in Pomona. This is a great opportunity for an organized accounting professional who enjoys working with invoices, data accuracy, and process-driven tasks.
Responsibilities
- Process and assist with check runs
- Perform 2-way matching of invoices and purchase orders
- Sort, organize, and maintain AP documents and records
- Compare and reconcile financial data using Excel
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of accounts payable transactions
- Support the accounting team with administrative and AP-related duties
