Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Help clients take prescribed medications as directed Provide mobility assistance in and around the home Prepare nutritious meals based on each client's dietary needs Perform light housekeeping and household tasks Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support Document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition Complete other caregiving duties as assigned Qualifications We're looking for individuals who: Have at least one year of caregiving experience (preferred) Hold caregiving or healthcare certifications (welcome but not required, depending on location) Have a genuine passion for helping others Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism Are willing to travel to clients' homes Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Can successfully pass a background check What Makes a Great Cornerstone Caregiver?
