Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location: Irvine, CA. Contract: 12+ months with extension. Pay range: $38 - $40/hr on W2. Our Fortune 500 client (One of the world's largest Semi-Conductor companies) in Irvine, CA is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their innovative team. Job Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule high-volume, complex interviews across multiple time zones, including travel and accommodations when needed Serve as a host for onsite candidates, ensuring a smooth and welcoming interview experience Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class candidate journey Maintain data accuracy and integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting or HR coordination role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) is a plus Preferred Attributes A strong sense of ownership and a get-it-done attitude Interest in growing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Enthusiasm for process improvement and operational excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
