IT Contract Sourcer

Position: IT Contract Sourcer Employment Type: Contract Contract Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension) Work Location: Tampa, FL / Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Position Summary In our dynamic and collaborative environment, providing an outstanding experience for all partners is challenging in the war for talent—and that is where you come in. The Sourcer will partner closely with Recruiters to develop creative and tailored strategies to engage passive candidates. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for technology roles, including: Software Engineering Cybersecurity Infrastructure Cloud Data Artificial Intelligence (AI) Other Enterprise Technology positions Partner closely with Recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies and market intelligence. Continuously build and maintain talent pipelines/networks for current and future hiring needs. Leverage job boards, sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and other sourcing channels to identify and engage top technology talent. Provide market intelligence and talent insights, including: Talent availability Competitor activity Market trends Compensation expectations Hiring challenges Help inform hiring strategies and business decisions through recruiting insights. Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up. Understand current technology talent market conditions and maintain knowledge of emerging recruiting trends and sourcing techniques. Embrace innovative recruiting strategies and digital tools to improve recruitment outcomes. Required Qualifications 5 years of professional IT recruiting/sourcing experience. Experience in a corporate environment ; agency experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency utilizing: LinkedIn Recruiter CRM platforms Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Other sourcing tools to engage and attract talent. Experience leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to source candidates, guide hiring decisions, and influence stakeholders. Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills. Experience recruiting within Financial Services , Technology , and/or highly regulated industries preferred.
