Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Heritage Lakeside!Responsibilities:Monitor, plan, and implement the nursing care of residents within the facility, ensuring continuity of care between shiftsProvide direct care, as well as supervise the care given by Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.s) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) support staff membersParticipate in resident and family education, serving as a resident advocate with a focus on our facility's missionQualifications:Current/valid Wisconsin RN License/registrationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPassion for delivering high-quality patient careAbout the Role:Heritage Lakeside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 60+ bed facility where our team has an average length of service of over 8 years.
