It is through this firm commitment to excellence, that we at STR demonstrate a resounding record of success with our ever-growing portfolio of housing communities.Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Apartment Leasing Agent to join our progressively growing team, and oversee all the leasing efforts for Meadowbrook Park & Tower. This multi-family community offers 267 apartment homes in garden or tower style from studios to 3-bedroom floorplans.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenantsAdvertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materialsDetermine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective residentsConfirm rental application data and personal referencesStay knowledgeable of the property market statusNegotiate leasing terms and conditions and close dealsOther administrative tasks as needed and/or deemed appropriate by Community DirectorQualified candidates will, at minimum, have a High School Diploma (or GED), a strong customer service background, and basic computer skills. Preference will be given to applicants with HUD knowledge and experience. The position will require organization, the ability to multitask, excellent communication and closing skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude. A professional image must be maintained by following our dress code and appearance standards as set forth by the employee handbook.
