CT Technologist ARRT

MLee Healthcare Recruiting is seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join a local hospital team in scenic North Carolina.

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• ARRT certification in CT
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
• Familiarity with radiation safety procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic CT scans using advanced imaging equipment
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure their comfort and safety
• Review patient medical history and assess the appropriateness of imaging orders
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses
• Ensure that imaging equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Follow radiation safety procedures and protocols to minimize patient and staff exposure
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging files
• Provide patient education on imaging procedures and answer questions about the process
