Medical Records Technician

Medical Records Technician Schedule Temp role 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities Scan and upload medical records and correspondence into patient charts Prepare and pull charts for scheduled appointments Release medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations Maintain and catalog records, including storage and retrieval requests Monitor physician dictation and ensure completion in EMR Process FMLA and disability forms and manage incoming and outgoing faxes Provide front office support as needed Complete documentation and administrative tasks as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Medical office experience required Experience with electronic health record systems Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail skills For more information, contact: View email address on click.appcast.io View phone number on click.appcast.io .aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
