Insomniac - Temp Warehouse Forklift Operator

Forklift OperatorInsomniac is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Forklift Operator to support the Henderson warehouse. This position reports into the Director, Warehouse. This is not a remote position and will require you to work in the office full-time and travel to work events. This is a temp position.Responsibilities:Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned placesLoad materials into outgoing vehiclesPick pull sheets and prepare items for shipmentLocate and over stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipmentIdentify damages and report shortages or quality deficienciesSupport inter-departmental requestsRecruit, train and onboard members on the team both directly and partnering teamsOther special projects and tasks as assigned as neededSome travel may be required (economy)Qualifications:Must have Forklift CertificationAbility to lift up to 100 pounds safelyStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks concurrentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with various stakeholdersProficiency in project management toolsAbility to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and prioritiesAttention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency in data entry and data management toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle repetitive tasks without compromising accuracyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with interpersonal capabilities to effectively communicate with stakeholdersFamiliarity with data confidentiality and security practicesBasic knowledge of spreadsheets and database managementWork Environment:Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environmentsMay work in drastic temperature climatesMust be willing to frequently work and travel to work events during holiday, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines and work eventsApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa.Equal Employment Opportunity:We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
