Patient Care Tech (NIGHTS)

Job Summary The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is a member of the multi‑disciplinary treatment team that provides direct care to behavioral health patients under the medical direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The primary focus is direct patient care as directed and delegated by the RN and/or Program Manager. The PCT is also responsible for the safety of the assigned unit, identifying environmental and patient‑specific safety concerns and elevating those concerns to the RN, Program Manager, or designee as needed. Skills / Requirements High‑school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred. Minimum of 6 months of health‑care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations. Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred. Valid identification and ability to pass a pre‑employment background check required. Hourly Rate

$20.50/HR – $24.60/HR
