Multimedia Designer

TAG is seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our team to help bring ideas to life through typography, photography, illustration, color, layout, and motion. At TAG, you\'ll play a pivotal role in developing brands, crafting impactful communications, and working closely with a team of copywriters, account managers, videographers, and developers to produce award-winning creative solutions. Responsibilities: Design engaging print, digital, social media, and out-of-home advertising for a variety of campaigns. Create compelling website designs that support client objectives and user needs. Contribute to branding projects, including logo design and visual identity development. Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral. Design interior and exterior signage, wayfinding systems, and environmental graphics. Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, videographers, developers, and other team members to produce outstanding creative work. Work with vendors to ensure projects are produced and delivered efficiently, accurately, and according to specifications. Participate in client meetings and provide thoughtful creative input and guidance. Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting established deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Experience with website design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, etc.). Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. What makes you stand out: Knowledge of print production. Knowledge of UX/UI Design best practices. Understanding of and designing for ADA compliance.
