Description - SummaryThe primary responsibility of a QC is to inspect palletized product in the production warehouse. The QC must report all product made incorrectly and create a path forward to get the product repaired prior to the palletized product going into a prime bin location. Important Personal SkillsAble to work outside in environmental conditions which at times include extreme heat or extreme coldWear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of the said PPE.Lift 55 pounds floor to waistPush and pull 30 pounds horizontallyCarry 20 pounds while walkingClimb stairs and laddersStand/walk 12 hours per dayExtend arms through normal range of motion while standing and squatting.

Job TasksResponsible for handling finished product.Performs quality control activities.Performs scrap and exception handling.Assist in repairing pallets with quality issues.Ensures clean workspace and performs housekeeping activities.Supports P&S Operations in checking all pallets prior to offload for any Quality issue.Reports all anomalies to management/inventory at the end of shift.Train Short Service WorkersParticipate in all LPS activatesAny other duties that may be assigned to complete the task.

Qualification and ExperienceMust possess a valid driver's license18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.Stable work history with good references from past employersSpeak, write, and read in fluent English, hear, and have good visionHigh school diploma/GED requiredPass a drug screen, physical, and background check
