We are looking for Licensed Residential Service Electricians to join our team!

Applicants must have an active journeyman electrician license, and live within 40 miles of Millbury, MA

What You’ll Do

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams 
• Provide residential electrical service on existing homes, work on generators and perform panel work, as well as assist the HVAC Installation team on an as needed basis
• Communicate and consult with homeowner to give them the best options on repair or replacement 
• Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out 
• Keep your truck inventory up to date 
• Properly complete paperwork in a timely manner 
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance 
• Have and maintain a clean driving record 
• Participate in weekly meetings and training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional 

Requirements of our next Licensed Journeyman Electrician

• Minimum of 5 year’s electrical experience 
• MA Journeyman Electrical License required 
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and ability to make on-the-job applications
• Passion for communicating with customers and fixing electrical issues
• Experience using a CRM System, ServiceTitan is a plus!
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
• Highly motivated, with a great attitude on life
• Ability to train and mentor apprentices as needed
• Clean, safe driving record required
• The ability to successfully complete preemployment checks
