Flawless Grass & Hardscape is looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader / Closer to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial synthetic turf and hardscape projects throughout Southern California.
We’re seeking a motivated leader with a proven ability to close sales, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. If you’re driven, professional, and ready to grow with a successful company, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Recruit and mentor new sales representatives.
- Meet with residential and commercial clients for on-site consultations and estimates.
- Present our products and services professionally.
- Close sales and consistently achieve company goals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Work closely with management to help grow the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or sales management experience required.
- Previous outside sales and closing experience required.
- Experience in home improvement, landscaping, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
