BIM Coordinator

BIM Coordinator — New York City A well-established MEP consulting engineering firm is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join its New York City team and support high-profile design projects across a variety of sectors. Responsibilities: Provide Revit and AutoCAD support to engineering and design teams across multiple disciplines Set up projects in Revit and AutoCAD Perform ongoing maintenance and organization of Revit models and AutoCAD drawings Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards, workflows, and production procedures Support project teams with BIM guidance, training, and best practices Manage and maintain BIM models while ensuring consistency with project requirements and industry standards Run clash detection and assist in identifying and resolving coordination issues Stay current with BIM technology trends and recommend tools or processes that improve project efficiency Evaluate and implement software solutions that align with project and business needs Promote collaboration and communication across project teams and disciplines Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Revit, including model linking and visibility management Working knowledge of AutoCAD and xref functionality Familiarity with project setup and workflows within ACC/BIM 360 Strong organizational and communication skills Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Owen Thomas Group
