Your Role & Responsibilities As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence. Lead & Inspire: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team. Drive employee engagement and build a positive, collaborative work environment. Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service in a fast-paced environment. Financial Stewardship: Manage restaurant financials with a focus on maximizing profitability, managing P&L, and optimizing food and labor costs. Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience that reflects our fresh, coastal vibe. Hands-on Leadership: Lead by example on the floor, actively engaging with both your team and your guests. What We Are Looking For Experience: At least 2 years of restaurant management experience (Fast-Casual or Quick-Service preferred). Leadership Skills: Proven track record of hiring, training, and developing talent. Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of P&L management, including food and labor cost controls, is highly preferred. Passion: A strong work ethic and a genuine love for vibrant hospitality (a passion for healthy cuisine is a big plus!). Mindset: A hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves being on the floor with employees and customers. What’s in It for You?
