To Discover more, please visit our website at Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of finished goods. Direct and support floor associates, assist with training new team members, assign daily tasks, and foster a productive, positive work environment. Actively promote and enforce company safety protocols, conducting daily equipment/safety checks to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies in the WMS system, and maintain accurate stock levels. Safely operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks as needed. Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, labels) and coordinate daily pick-ups with freight carriers and logistics providers. Identify workflow bottlenecks on the floor and suggest practical operational improvements to the Operations Manager.
