About the Role:
Weber Recovery Center LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Director to lead our team in providing exceptional care to individuals on their path to recovery. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs tailored to client needs.
• Supervise and support clinical staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to promote best practices in clinical care.
• Engage in community outreach and partnership development to expand service offerings.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; Doctorate preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment and mental health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR KIPU) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
