This role is critical to our successful ramp of manufacturing operations and development of our next-generation technologies, offering the opportunity to shape both technical strategy and team culture in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.The Photo/Diffusion Process Engineering Section Manager will:Own the full performance and long-term success of the section, consistently demonstrating high ownership and accountability for team results, deliverables, and cultureLead and inspire a high-performing team of process engineers and technicians by establishing clear expectations, driving tactical execution, and architecting forward-looking strategic plansOrchestrate the efficient release of Photo/Diffusion processes to meet aggressive ramp milestones and production targetsChampion daily module operational performance by proactively improving process stability, implementing innovative automation solutions, and maximizing manufacturing flexibilityIdentify and execute high-impact process improvements that increase process yield and enable cost leadershipDrive process development and qualification activities to enable next-generation technology nodes, ensuring seamless integration into high-volume manufacturingRecruit, mentor, and elevate technical talent, building a team of technicians and engineers capable of scaling with the wafer start needs of a ramping manufacturing sitePartner strategically with Equipment Engineering Section Manager peers and Operations leadership to align priorities and remove cross-functional barriersRepresent the module in daily operations forums, delivering clear, data-driven status updates and actionable insightsCultivate a culture of open communication, trust, and collaboration across all levels of the organization to accelerate site-wide successWhy TI?Engineer your future.
