Oversee complex projects involving foundation design, slope stability, earth retention systems, and site investigations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 10+ years of geotechnical experience with proven leadership and business development skills.
