Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. You'll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. This role is essential in ensuring effective communication within the healthcare team and finding solutions to meet patient goals.

What You Will Do

• Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).

Preferred

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Oncology Experience preferred. Also prefer RN with IV and port access experience.
