Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Technician in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a direct-hire position. Great benefits!. Pay is $28-$33 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and making repairs to mechanical and electrical machines within the manufacturing facility.

Job Highlights:
Pay: $28-$33 per hour
Shift: 6p-6a, 12 hour shift; 2/2/3 schedule
Overtime may be available

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair issues with manufacturing mechanical and equipment to maintain production requirements
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Recommend equipment and process improvements
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion
• Repair on forklifts and other industrial equipment

Experience Needed:

• Good skill-sets in industrial electrical and mechanical repairs
• Knowledgeable of 480V and electrical AC/DC drives
• Troubleshooting knowledge of HVAC, chillers, pumps and air compressors is helpful
