Substitute Bus Driver
Tahquamenon Area Schools is accepting applications for substitute bus drivers. Pay is $20.25 per hour. Enrollment in Michigan Public School Employee Retirement Services is available. PPE provided by the district. Training and credentials costs are reimbursed upon a 6 month commitment.
Bus Driver Requirements:
- CDL PS Endorsement
- DOT Medical Card
- Driving/Road Test - registration handled thru TAS
- LDL Training - Theory & On-road - registration handled thru TAS
- 2-Day Beginning Bus Training Class - next scheduled class February 13 & 14 in St. Ignace - registration handled thru TAS
- Training fees are reimbursable after employment at TAS is secured.
