Experienced Residential Plumber

Plumbing Tech is hiring an experienced Residential Plumber who takes pride in quality work, clear homeowner communication, and delivering real solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about problems and solutions
• Present recommended repairs and options with support from our Service Manager for customer and pricing conversations
• Complete work independently while contributing to a strong team
• Maintain a clean, professional job site and company vehicle
• Participate in weekly paid training

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Reliable, punctual, accountable, and professional
• Able to communicate confidently with homeowners
• Committed to quality workmanship and doing the job right
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

What we offer:

• Commission-based pay
• $75,000–$130,000 annual earning potential, based on performance and value created
