Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (3x12, 6:45a–7:15p) with rotation to nights (approximately 12 night shifts per contract, 6:45p–7:15a) | Every other weekend (Friday/Saturday) | One winter holiday required (eve and day) | No call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical ICU (MICU) setting
• Float as needed to ICU, intermediate, and telemetry units
• Document patient care and clinical information using EPIC
• Adhere to facility dress code: navy blue scrubs
• Complete facility orientation modules and required compliance activities within designated timeframes

Required Qualifications

• BSN required
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• MICU experience required
• Valid RN state license required at time of submission
• PA Fingerprints (Childline) required; must be completed within 1 week of contract signing
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard travel rate; candidates within 50 miles are subject to a local rate differential
• Pass/fail clinical competency exam required for clearance (up to 3 attempts; a third failed attempt results in cancellation)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Comfort with rotating shift schedules including nights
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
