Receptionist/Model

Company Profile & Job Summary: Cyrus Knits is a Wholesale Womens Knitwear company focused on private labels and selling direct to retailers across the globe. Founded in 1988, we currently have a presence in over 5,000 retail stores nationwide.
We are looking for a Fulltime Receptionist with a flair for modelling to join our team in New York.
Job Title: Receptionist/Model
Location: New York, NY (In-person)
Requirements:
2+ years work experience in a similar role preferred
High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Customer Service attitude
Modelling experience preferred but not mandatory
Punctual and a multitasker
Key Accountabilities:
Greet and welcome guests /visitors
Direct visitors to the appropriate staff
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Provide basic and accurate information in -person and via phone/email
Receive /sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Flexible and available to model on an as needed basis for company apparel
Follow directions of photographers and posing for photoshoots accordingly, on an as needed basis
Performs other related duties as assigned by manager
Working Hours: 9am 6pm
