Job Description As the Specialist – Community Relations, reporting to the Manager – Community Relations and Culture, you will help advance Domino's philanthropic and community engagement efforts through charitable giving, nonprofit partnerships, and compelling storytelling that demonstrates our impact. You will work cross‑functionally to execute the annual fundraising campaign for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, helping advance Domino's bold ambition to raise $300 million by 2034. Through strategic nonprofit partnerships, community engagement initiatives, and compelling storytelling, you will showcase the impact of our community relations efforts while strengthening alignment across the Domino's system, building trust with key stakeholders, and enhancing the reputation of one of the world's most recognized consumer brands. Responsibilities Manage community investment programs by cultivating relationships with nonprofit organizations, evaluating giving opportunities, and coordinating monetary and in‑kind contributions aligned with Domino's values and community impact strategy. Coordinate local and supply chain outreach initiatives by partnering with Supply Chain leaders, Business Consultants, and community organizations to deliver meaningful support and engagement opportunities. Administer charitable giving programs, including donation tracking, budget management, impact measurement, and stewardship of pizza relief and donation initiatives. Support national fundraising campaigns by helping plan, execute, and optimize initiatives that drive participation, engagement, and results for Domino's national charity partner. Develop campaign communications and engagement strategies in partnership with cross‑functional teams to increase awareness, participation, and fundraising impact. Track and report campaign performance through fundraising analytics, stakeholder updates, and recognition programs that celebrate achievements and reinforce campaign goals. Create compelling community impact content that highlights Domino's charitable contributions, volunteerism, nonprofit partnerships, and commitment to social good. Manage community relations communication channels, including PieNet and other digital platforms, ensuring content remains current, engaging, and aligned with company priorities. Integrate community impact storytelling across enterprise channels by partnering with Internal Communications, Public Relations, and Social Media teams to amplify key initiatives and moments. Develop impact reports and stakeholder updates that demonstrate the reach and value of Domino's community investments to internal and external audiences. Support national partner activations through event coordination, volunteer opportunities, fundraising initiatives, and engagement programs that strengthen strategic nonprofit relationships. Serve as a community relations ambassador by representing Domino's at community events and fostering meaningful relationships with nonprofit partners and stakeholders. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience Passion for Community Impact: You have a genuine commitment to strengthening communities and advancing purpose‑driven initiatives. Compelling storyteller: You have the ability to develop clear, engaging content for diverse audiences across digital, written, and multimedia channels. Demonstrate Attention to Detail: Through strong proofreading, editing, organization, and project management skills. Build Relationships: Collaborate with internal teams and partners, and professionally represent Domino's with nonprofit partners, stakeholders, and community leaders. Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, business or a related field.
