Consultant - Heavy Civil Division - Mid-Atlantic The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager from a self-performing contractor background who has built projects hands-on and overseen all critical project functions, and is now seeking greater role variety, oversight, and stability beyond purely project-based work. Bring strong leadership skills, can support various functions within the division such as Preconstruction and Strategic expansion efforts. This contractor is looking to x3 its revenue in the DMV in the next 5 years and is 100% Employee-Owned, making it a great time to join the team. Can be based out of Suffolk, VA and Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities Be the right-hand to the Regional Manager Manage, coach, and support engineering team Travel between projects across the DMV Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics Communicate engineer team goals with engineering staff members Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study 10+ years' of management experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Management and Engineering Industry Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
