Shift Schedule Week 2: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday Week 2: Monday/Saturday/Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm Address Vitalia Active Adult Community at Montrose located at 4041 Heritage Center Dr, Copley, Ohio 44321! Responsibilities Advocate of Empathy: Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy. It will be your job to create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. Proactive: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents. Must have a positive and energetic attitude and love residents. Must possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents. Must be active, as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day. Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and to assist persons after a fall.
