Engineering & Design Talent Sourcer

Thatch, a fully distributed early-stage company, is changing healthcare benefits by giving employees a health budget to choose plans. We empower employers to offer every employee a health budget, while giving teams predictable costs.

We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer who can build pipelines across Engineering, Product, and Design, and partner with recruiters to raise the bar on talent. You’ll own pipeline generation, map talent markets, and experiment with new sourcing channels.
