Occupational Therapist (OT) – Lymphedema / CTL | Home Health | Florida Regions Full-Time | Part-Time | W-2 We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in lymphedema or CLT certification to join a clinician-led team focused on patient-centered, high-quality care. This role provides the opportunity to specialize in lymphedema and lymphatic disorders while maintaining flexibility and autonomy in managing your schedule and caseload. Compensation & Benefits • Pay-per-visit model: $69 per visit (OT – CLT) Typical full-time clinicians complete 24–30 visits per week Estimated annual earnings: ~$85,000 – $100,000+ based on visit volume Visits typically range from 70–85 minutes Mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate Productivity incentives available for exceeding visit targets Flexible scheduling and autonomy Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) PTO and CEU support Structured onboarding, paid training, and mentorship Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders • Develop functional treatment plans focused on daily living and independence • Provide hands-on therapy and patient education • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams • Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines Qualifications • Active Florida Occupational Therapist license • CLT certification preferred or experience treating lymphedema • Home health or mobile therapy experience preferred • Strong documentation and communication skills Florida Coverage Areas Coverage areas are assigned close to home.
