What Your Day Looks Like

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation.

What We're Offering

Compensation options: Salary ($90,000$112,000) or pay-per-billed-hour $70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour). We'll walk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.

Schedule flexibility and time off: Four- or five-day work weeks, and flex days, and flexible schedule! We've built options around the reality that experienced clinicians have full lives outside of work.

• $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
• Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

Student loan repayment: Partnering with SoFi, we provide you with $200/month right to the heart of your principal loan amount!

What You Need

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• NBCOT certification in good standing
• Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain
• 5+ years of experience
