You start by reviewing your schedule and prepping your supplies before hitting the road in your reliable vehicle. Throughout the day, you travel between counties to perform blood draws and other medical procedures with precision and care. You take vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse, while keeping patient comfort and confidentiality at the forefront. You stay organized, maintain accurate records, and manage your time efficiently to complete around 20–30 exams each week, all while making a real difference in people's lives.WHAT'S REQUIRED?Currently in possession of a CPT1 certificationProficiency in drawing blood with minimal complicationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentialityExcellent communication skillsBilingual skills in Spanish or Hmong are highly desirableReliable transportation with valid auto insurance1+ years of professional phlebotomy experience in a laboratory or hospital setting1+ years of experience in customer service (preferred)ABOUT LIRON INC.At LIRON Inc., we're on a mission to make healthcare more accessible, compassionate, and efficient.
