Job Description

IGL4US is seeking a Team Leader to join our team in College Station, Texas.

The Team Leader will play an important role in supporting daily operations, guiding team members, maintaining productivity, and helping ensure company standards and objectives are consistently achieved.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, sound judgment, a proactive mindset, and the ability to motivate others while maintaining an organized and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate team members throughout daily operations
• Coordinate workloads and help ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive guidance when needed
• Help maintain company procedures, quality standards, and workplace expectations
• Communicate priorities, updates, and operational needs clearly to team members
• Assist with training and development of employees
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, and team effectiveness
• Address day-to-day challenges professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
• Encourage teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture
• Support management with operational goals and performance objectives
