We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Optometrist to join our team in a dynamic traveling role across multiple facilities throughout Indiana. Position Overview

The Traveling Optometrist will provide comprehensive eye care services at various facilities across Indiana. Daily travel is required, with facility locations typically within a 2.5-hour drive or less.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
  
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ocular conditions
  
• Prescribe corrective lenses and recommend treatment plans
  
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent patient care
  
• Adapt to different clinical environments and patient populations
  
• Travel to assigned facilities on a daily basis
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
  
• Active Indiana optometry license
  
• Excellent communication and patient service abilities
  
• Comfortable with daily travel to multiple locations
