Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling | Competitive Pay Based on Experience

In this role, you'll work closely with patients across a variety of health concerns, providing primary and preventive care that's rooted in evidence and compassion. You'll also have the support of a skilled, multidisciplinary team who's just as dedicated to improving lives as you are.

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients across the lifespan
• Perform routine physicals, order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and manage ongoing health issues
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure cohesive care
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive strategies
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• National certification (FNP, AGNP, etc.) from an accredited body
• Clinical experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to whole-person care and ongoing learning
